Back when Tomotaro Tsuji, the founder of Moyan Curry, was working as an athletic trainer, he researched exactly what kind of food was most beneficial to the human body.
His research and personal experience led him to the conclusion that it was food that was loaded with vegetables and various spices.
After eating and improving upon his recipe for over two years, he ended up with a dish that was very similar to curry.
After making many more improvements since then, he arrived at what you see today.
